So, in my last post I griped about scheduling with a third party being a downright hassle. The cat rescue group seemed very unorganized.

During the exchanges between Lianne and the rescue organization, a member of the local freecycle group posted a message on the message board that he needed help finding a home for his cat.

Lianne contacted him, and to make a long story short, we went and visited the cat tonight.

This cat was so friendly, and very curious. Absolutely beautiful cat. I won’t go in to too much detail, as I don’t want to count any chickens before they hatch. But we might be welcoming a new member to our family at the end of the week.

As for the rescue group, we’ll still support their efforts, but it looks like we may not adopt from them.
